Jaimie Clayton


Jaimie Clayton was named President and CEO of Oakland Family Services in 2014. Oakland Family Services is a private, nonprofit, 501(c)(3) human service organization dedicated since 1921 to strengthening families by providing quality treatment, education and prevention services throughout Southeast Michigan.


Jaimie has been with Oakland Family Services since 2001, continually progressing in roles and responsibilities. Starting in a therapist position, she advanced into a leadership position in 2004, when she became regional director of Behavioral Health for the Walled Lake and Farmington offices. In 2005, she was promoted to director of Behavioral Health and, prior to her appointment to CEO, had served as vice president of Program Operations since 2007. Prior to her tenure at Oakland Family Services, Jaimie worked as a licensed therapist specializing in substance abuse treatment with a focus on the criminal justice system.

Under Jaimie’s leadership, the agency’s innovative programs have demonstrated a high level of quality and have been recognized for the use of best and evidenced practice models. Throughout her time with the agency, Jaimie has grown revenue and increased existing contracts. She has been instrumental in internal process and change management and in creating key alliances in the community for the agency.


Jaimie is co-chair of the Energizing Communities to Healthy Opportunities Steering Committee (Oakland County Health Department); 47th District Court Sobriety Court Advisory Board member; an Oakland County Family Focused Juvenile Drug Court Advisory Board member; and a member of the Strategic Leadership Team Great Start Collaborative --- Oakland; American Counseling Association, International Association of Addiction and Offender Counselors, and the Michigan Counseling Association. Jaimie earned her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Michigan in 1991 and her Master's Degree in counseling from Wayne State University in 1995. She is a licensed professional counselor, certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug counselor, national certified counselor and certified supervisor in Motivational Interviewing.

Dee Wright-Masilotti

Dee Wright-Masilotti

Dee Wright-Masilotti joined the Board of Directors in June 2004. She currently serves as Board Chair. Mrs. Wright-Masilotti moved to Michigan in 1985 from Chicago, Illinois. She began a new career in residential real estate in 1985 with Real Estate One. In 1988, she married Richard E. Masilotti and went to work for Hall & Hunter in 1989. During her 25 years with Hall & Hunter, she was repeatedly recognized as the Top Agent both in sales and listings.

Mrs. Wright-Masilotti received her BFA degree from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio and attended graduate school at Northwestern in Evanston, Illinois.
