OFS BABY & ME PROGRAM OVERVIEW & PHILOSOPHY

Children grow and learn at different rates and the first three years of a
child’s life are very important. Baby & Me provides home-based and
community based services to children 0-3 and their family. Children with
evidence of developmental delay and/or disability in the following areas
qualify for services:
