EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE SERVICES OVERVIEW
OFS contracts with employers to assess the needs of at-risk employees and their
families. Referrals are made to appropriate service providers, e.g.,
legal, financial, mental health and substance abuse. OFS offers critical
incident debriefing sessions to employees who are subjected to violence and
other traumatic events in the workplace. Management seminars are
conducted for employers, including training components that comply with
federal requirements for a "drug free workplace."
