Oakland Family Services' Children's Learning Center (CLC) in Pontiac is a licensed child care
facility offering high quality child care and preschool services for children
age three to five years. The CLC offers Oakland Family Services' A.P.EX.
program as well as child day care, preschool and family support and
counseling in a multi-service, family-centered environment.
