Culture pays off: Oakland Family Services named a 2019 Top Workplace

For the sixth year in a row, Oakland Family Services has been named a Detroit Free Press Top Workplace!

The agency has been named a Top Workplace eight times since 2011. This year, it came in at No. 28 amongst midsized Michigan companies with 150-499 employees.

Top Workplace rankings are determined based on employee feedback to a survey that focuses on workplace culture, pay, benefits, leadership, and what employees like or dislike about their jobs.

The survey is distributed by Energage, a Philadelphia-based employee research and culture technology firm that performs Top Workplace surveys across the United States and analyzes results to determine companies’ rankings.
