Through monthly gifts, members of The Collective invest in the children, families and individuals served through the agency’s prevention, education and treatment programs.

The Brighter Future Giving Society provides crucial financial support to help Oakland Family Services build brighter futures now and for years to come. Brighter Future Giving Society members pledge to support Oakland Family Services for 5 or more years with an annual gift of at least $1,000. These generous donors create a predictable revenue stream that ensures the long-term financial stability of the agency.
Members can join at the Emerald, Ruby or Diamond level.

Thanks in part to our Brighter Future Giving Society members, Oakland Family Services’ programs reach more than 40,000 individuals in our community every single year. With their help, our prevention, education and treatment programs continue to improve quality of life for members of our community.
Prevention
Children at risk of abuse or neglect are provided secure, loving homes. Parents receive tools to help their children develop on track and on time.
Education
Children are prepared to enter kindergarten ready to succeed, and teachers, parents and caregivers have access to the tools they need to help children thrive.
Treatment
Individuals and families are empowered to address barriers to change and overcome anxiety, trauma, depression and substance misuse.
