Natalie Sisson has been practicing individual and family therapy since 2004. Her experience is diverse, and she specializes in areas such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, substance use disorder, attention-deficit disorder, conduct disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, grief/loss, and difficulties in transitioning into adulthood. Natalie has helped hundreds of people heal and achieve their goals.
She integrates a variety of strategies, including motivational interviewing (MI), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), reality therapy (RT), and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT).
Natalie has a passion for getting to the roots of the issues her clients face. She believes in treating the whole person – that mental health is not only about a clinical diagnosis but also examining and evaluating points of intervention on physical, emotional, social, and familial health. Natalie is warm, empathic, non-judgmental, and supportive in her approach.
