Nautica Jackson is passionate about supporting individuals on their journey to mental wellness. Before stepping into her role as a therapist, she gained experience working as a social worker at several nonprofit organizations, serving as a Family Preservation Worker, Licensing Worker, and Afterschool Program Coordinator.
Nautica provides therapy to individuals 15 and older, using a compassionate, person-centered approach. She integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help clients challenge negative thought patterns, motivational interviewing (MI) to foster self-driven change, and solution-focused therapy (SFT) to empower clients in setting and achieving their goals.
With a background in community support and a deep commitment to mental health, Nautica creates a safe and encouraging space for her clients to grow and heal.
