Panhia Vang, LLPC

Panhia Vang began her journey with Oakland Family Services in 2023 as clerical staff, always knowing in her heart that she wanted to be a clinician. In 2024, she transitioned into an intern role, working alongside the agency’s experienced outpatient therapists. Upon earning her master’s degree in 2025, she became a permanent member of the team. 

Panhia works with clients of all ages, offering a supportive, inclusive environment rooted in empathy and respect. She utilizes a variety of evidence-based practices, always tailoring her approach to meet each individual where they are. Her work centers on building a trusting relationship and collaborating with clients to create meaningful, lasting change.
