Walled Lake Children's Learning Center Enrollment Fair
We are now enrolling for fall at our Walled Lake Children's Learning Center! Join us for an enrollment fair to ensure your child has a spot in our Great Start Readiness Program preschool. On the day of the fair, you will need to bring with you the following:
- Child's birth certificate
- Child's shot record
- Child's health appraisal, information about medical conditions and allergies
- Proof of income to determine eligibility- this could be tax forms, last 3 pay stubs, proof of DHHS subsidy, and/or Social Security benefits
- Proof of Oakland County residency - a driver's license, utilities' (water, gas, electric) bill
- A current IEP and/or special education evaluation, if applicable
