Glenda Vidosh Honored with “Hope Giver” Award at 2025 Your Voice, Your Value Conference
Oakland Family Services is proud to celebrate Glenda Vidosh, who was recently recognized with the Hope Giver Peer Award at the 2025 Your Voice, Your Value Conference, hosted by Oakland Community Health Network (OCHN) on August 5.
Oakland Community Health Network (OCHN) partners with over 400 service sites to support approximately 30,000 Oakland County residents with intellectual or developmental disabilities, mental health concerns, or substance use disorders. OCHN’s mission is to ensure access to services that improve health, quality of life, and community participation.
The Peer Awards celebrate the outstanding contributions made by individuals who provide support within the public mental health system, including peer support specialists, peer mentors, recovery coaches, youth peer support specialists, and parent support partners. As the Hope Giver Award recipient, Glenda was honored for the extraordinary way she uplifts and encourages others facing life’s most difficult challenges.
