New year, new job: Oakland Family Services is hiring!

Oakland Family Services is now hiring for more than 25 positions across our prevention, education and treatment programs! Join an agency where you can build brighter futures for children, families and individuals in southeast Michigan, while also building your own brighter professional future.

Our nonprofit agency has served the community since 1921 and is a leader in child- and family-focused services. We touch the lives of more than 40,000 individuals each year and have offices in Pontiac, Berkley and Walled Lake. Our service offerings include mental health and substance use disorder treatment, preschool and child care programs, early childhood parenting assistance, foster care and adoption services, and more.

We currently have openings for a wide range of education and experience levels, with some positions open to those with a high school diploma or GED and others requiring master’s level education. COVID VACCINATIONS AND SAFETY FIRST

As of Jan. 7, 2022, all new hires must:

  • (A) Already be fully vaccinated in advance of starting employment, OR

  • (B) Complete a single-dose vaccine — or — the first shot of a two-dose vaccine by their first day of employment at Oakland Family Services; those pursuing a two-dose vaccine have 30 days to complete the process and will be required to follow required testing protocols during the interim.
